Current phaseFirst pilot in development

A practical school for people who need a real chance.

Every generation produces people capable of extraordinary things who never get the chance to prove it.

SpaceDharma is a correction to that pattern: a local learning ecosystem where people build skill and character through patient mentorship, hands-on work, and direct service to the community.

It is an apprenticeship school and a launchpad. It does not replace formal education, and it is not a spiritual organization. The aim is simple: help overlooked people become useful, confident, and ready for real careers.

Learning should lead somewhere people can see.

Local organizations bring real needs, standards, and feedback into the learning process. The work becomes the classroom.

  1. 01

    Learn here

Practice on real local work with a professional close by.

  2. 02

    Serve here

Make something useful for a business or community group.

  3. 03

    Work here

Build trust before an employer or apprentice makes a commitment.

  4. 04

    Invest here

Keep time, talent, and opportunity circulating in the community.

  5. 05

    Build here

Create a path that the next person can follow and improve.

Three places to begin.

These are the first fields in the launch plan. Enrollment, schedules, credentials, eligibility, and partner projects will be published only when the pilot is ready.

IT support

Supervised setup, troubleshooting, and client-support work that develops calm thinking and practical confidence.

Build confidence in service-desk work, systems setup, and practical problem solving.
